Arachem has successfully concluded another insightful seminar with Idexx on the VetLab® Solution. This collaboration was made even more impactful by incorporating activity-based learning with Idexx analyzers and practical case studies. The seminar’s topic, "The Verdict is in the Retic: Why They Are More Important Than Just Classifying Anaemia," brought valuable knowledge to participants, highlighting the crucial role of reticulocyte readings in comprehensive CBC analysis.
The event took place at G Hotel Penang on 5th November 2024 and at Hilton Hotel Kota Kinabalu on 12th November 2024. During the seminar, participants rotated through three interactive stations: Instrument Operation, Case Studies, and Round Table Discussion.
- At the Instrument Operation station, our technical support team demonstrated the features and benefits of Idexx analyzers, including Procyte One, Procyte Dx, and Catalyst One.
- The Case Studies station, led by Dr. Lee, engaged participants in discussions on real-life cases, guiding them through treatment approaches while underscoring the importance of accurate CBC report interpretation.
- Finally, the Round Table Discussion station, facilitated by our Animal Diagnostics sales team, focused on the Idexx machines’ functionalities and return on investment (ROI).
The seminar was an invaluable experience for everyone involved, providing participants with hands-on insights, practical knowledge, and engaging discussions that deepened their understanding of diagnostic tools, case management, and the latest industry practices.
