It is rapid swab test for monitoring the efficiency of surface cleaning procedures in the production environment, as a support for hygiene monitoring and genera protein screening in allergen management. The system is based on detection of protein residues and independent of ATP which results in a rapid colorimetric reaction, detection limit at 20ug.
