The EZ Reach Sponge Sampler is devised to have a resilient, non-toxic polyurethane sponge that disrupts and lifts biofilm without tearing and flaking, making it ideal for abrasive surfaces and sharp edges. The sponge easily separates from handle with one simple twist-off motion. The product is offered with HiCap™ Neutralizing Broth, the first collection broth developed specifically for use in the food and beverage industry. By neutralizing residual sanitizers on the sampled surface and maintaining the viability of the collected microorganisms for up to 72 hours, HiCap prevents false negative test results and accurately quantifies microorganisms.
