Universal 2 ND Series – Positive Displacement Pumps
Waukesha Cherry-Burrell has been the leader in the design, manufacturing and application of external circumferential piston (ECP) style, rotary positive displacement pumps. The Universal Series offers tremendous installation flexibility with capabilities including bi-directional flow, 3-Way Universal gear case mounting, and upper or lower shaft positioning. Heavy duty features and construction ensure long life in the most demanding applications. Pressure ratings up to 500psi (34.5bar), 300ºF (149ºC) and C.I.P. capabilities have earned the Universal 2 ND series pump a solid reputation as a proven performer in the industry.

- No bearings in the product zone. Minimizes wear and corrosion risk.
- Large diameter 17-4 PH shafts for greater strength and stiffness.
Helps reduce vibration; extends seal life. - Heavy duty bearing frame (stainless steel available as an option).
- Greased lubed bearings for positive lubrication to all bearings over entire speed,
temperature and pressure range. - Extended outer seal life. A wave spring, instead of an O-ring, mechanically loads
the seal. - Unique mechanical seal design utilizes 3 pin stationary seal and special
design shaft for rotary seal. - Double tapered roller bearings for positive lubrication to all bearings on all models; contributes further to precise rotor position and longer seal life.
