PolyMix-C
Our fully automated continuous chemical preparation system, PolyMix-C complements our batch system, PolyMix-B. It is usually proposed when chemical pumping rate is too high that the set of tanks are no longer advisable to stack. A transition tank is usually included in the system and feeder runs continuously until the system is stopped.
It is also more preferred when the chemical involved is non-soluble because additional mixer is required for the service tank.
Nevertheless, the accuracy, consistency, and safety features of PolyMix-B remain uncompromising.
- Multi-screws feeder that guarantees +/-2% feeding accuracy
- Patented parabolic designed wetting cone that efficiently pre-wet any chemical powder
- Reversed pulse dust collector that that recovers trapped powder, zero chemical wastage
- Transition tank with high efficiency mixer to ensure homogeneous mixture
- Incorporate Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for user-friendly control
